22.06.2009 ::New Oxygen Forensic Suite update to v2.2 adds support for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch connection with iTunes 8.2

    Last month we proudly presented Oxygen Forensics for iPhone and iPod Touch – a dedicated tool to acquire forensic data from Apple mobile devices.  We’re proud that the product aroused a steady interest among potential and active customers, who got new platform support under their Oxygen Forensic Suite 2 licenses. 

    iTunes 8.2 released shortly after brought some changes in device connectivity which caused certain difficulties with data extraction from iPhone and iPod Touch devices. These issues were pretty solid, so we even had to ask our customers not to update iTunes to version 8.2 and use older iTunes versions until we release an urgent update.

    Forcing our resources we released Oxygen Forensics for iPhone and iPod Touch and Oxygen Forensic Suite 2 hot updates. These updates add support for iTunes 8.2, so there is no need to use older versions anymore. All Oxygen Forensic products work correctly with iTunes starting from version 7.7 now.
