Oxygen Forensic® Suite 2015: Faster Data Extraction and Real-Time Analysis

Oxygen Forensics updates its flagship mobile forensic solution, Oxygen Forensic® Suite, adding options for speeding up acquisition and analysis. The new fast data extraction option enables experts to quickly dump the content of iOS and Android devices to the hard drive for subsequent importing, allowing forensic labs separating and paralleling data extraction and data processing. The newly added option to use Watch Lists during the extraction enables investigators to see data based on predefined keywords immediately while waiting for the extraction process to complete.

New in Oxygen Forensic® Suite 2015 v.7.3:

  • Oxygen Forensic® Extractor. Added opportunity to use Watch lists during data extraction to quickly reveal required data based on predefined keywords. Forensic experts can select keyword lists before extraction in Oxygen Forensic® Extractor and view found entries in Watch lists section in Oxygen Forensic® Suite. 
  • Watch lists. Added new Watch lists section that stores keyword search results. It offers convenient data filtering and export to all popular file formats. 
  • Oxygen Forensic® Extractor. Added fast data extraction option. Now forensic experts can quickly create iTunes backups from iOS devices and physical dumps from Android OS devices and save them on PC for further import and parsing. 
  • Oxygen Forensic® Extractor. Added opportunity to import Apple Production DMG image provided by Apple Inc. company upon request. Forensic experts get access to all the user data: contacts, messages, calls, calendar, file system, applications, passwords, deleted records, etc. 
  • Oxygen Forensic® Extractor. Added opportunity to view detailed extraction logs after data acquisition from iOS devices is finished. 
  • Desktop. Added sections tree for every extracted device on Devices and Cases panel. Now forensic experts can conveniently switch from section to section on a Desktop left panel.
