Oxygen Forensic® Detective enhances applications support!

Oxygen Forensics has released a maintenance version of Oxygen Forensic® Detective. Version 8.4.2 adds decoding of WhatsApp messages backup encrypted with the latest crypt 12 algorithm in Android OS devices. The updated Oxygen Forensic® Detective now extracts notes from the default Notes application installed in iOS 9.x devices. The new version parses Facebook data from Windows Phone 8 devices and brings overall improvements to apps data reports. The total number of supported apps versions now exceeds 2000!

All registered customers may download the new version immediately from their personal customer area. Updated Oxygen Forensic® Analyst and Oxygen Forensic® Passware Analyst are also available for download.

  • File Browser. Now time stamps extracted from EXIF headers of video files are shown in system Date and Time format.
