Oxygen Forensic® Detective provides enhanced support for drones!

Oxygen Forensics releases a maintenance version of its flagship forensic software, Oxygen Forensic® Detective v.9.6.1. The new version enhances support for drones by adding the ability to parse drone DJI GO and DJI GO 4 apps installed on iOS and Android devices.

Moreover, forensic experts can now import drone log files of .dat format directly into Oxygen Forensic® Maps and view the drone's flight path. Finally, version 9.6.1 supports physical dumps of two more drone models—DJI Phantom 4 and DJI Inspire 2. With all these features added, Oxygen Forensic® Detective proves to be the most suitable tool for verbose drone data extraction and analysis!

All registered customers may download the new version immediately from their personal customer area. Updated Oxygen Forensic® Analyst and Oxygen Forensic® Passware Analyst are also available for download.

New in Oxygen Forensic® Detective v.9.6.1:

  • Oxygen Forensic® Extractor. Now data extraction from DJI Phantom 4 and DJI Inspire 2 drones is available. Forensic experts can acquire GPS locations as well as available meta-data. 
  • Oxygen Forensic® Maps. Added the ability to import drone log files and visualize drone locations. Currently log files from the following drones are supported: DJI Phantom 3, DJI Phantom 4, DJI Inspire 1 and DJI Inspire 2. 
  • Applications. Added support for 40+ new app versions for iOS and Android devices. 
  • Applications. Multimedia. Added data parsing from drone application DJI GO 4 (4.1.9) from iOS devices and DJI GO 4 (4.1.5) from Android devices.
  • Applications. Multimedia. Added data parsing from drone application DJI GO (3.1.15) from iOS devices and DJI GO (3.1.11) from Android devices.
  • Applications. Messengers. Updated data parsing from KakaoTalk (6.4.3) from Android devices.
